The founder of the company brings a broad and highly respected background spanning banking, public sector finance, and commercial leadership. Their career began in the banking sector, where they worked with two industry-leading banks, gaining first-hand experience in financial systems, risk management, and the importance of robust controls within fast-paced, highly regulated environments.

Building on this foundation, the founder transitioned into a financial auditor role within local government. In this position, they developed a deep understanding of governance, compliance, and public accountability, while working closely with a wide range of organizations to assess financial integrity, operational effectiveness, and value for money. This experience sharpened their ability to identify weaknesses in processes and controls that often go unnoticed until they become costly problems.

The next phase of their career saw a move into the operational leadership of a multi-million-pound turnover group of companies. Operating at senior level, the founder was responsible for aligning financial insight with day-to-day operations, supporting growth, and improving performance across multiple business functions.
